Marc joined the company in 1996 and immediately played a role in its expansion. Working alongside founder, Chap Arnold, he opened the Jackson, MO office in 1997 followed by the Cape Girardeau office in 2003. Outside of the office, Marc takes great pride in being involved in the community. He serves on the board for Teen Challenge Mid-America and is also on the Alumni Board for Oral Roberts University where he graduated in 1995. He loves spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and his three children, Marcus, Gavin, and Madelyn.
